8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become due
  • We will provide all completed work
  • Client files will be retained as per professional standards
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through Australian courts.
